Corsican products are selected in accordance with the Nustrale charter, which favours local organic and/or certified suppliers plus vegetables, fruit, flowers, and aromatic plants from our permaculture garden.
All accompanied by a lyrical flight of wine directed by our sommelier, and selected from our collection of the finest French vintage wines; and the most famous and prestigious wines of Corsica.
L’A Cheda also offers the jazzy brunch, the bistro grill, the pool bar, the lounge area, the cooking experience in the kitchen with the chef and our musical evenings.
