Corsican products are selected in accordance with the Nustrale charter, which favours local organic and\/or certified suppliers plus vegetables, fruit, flowers, and aromatic plants from our permaculture garden.<\/p>\n

All accompanied by a lyrical flight of wine directed by our sommelier, and selected from our collection of the finest French vintage wines; and the most famous and prestigious wines of Corsica.<\/p>\n

L\u2019A Cheda also offers the pool bar, the lounge area, the cooking experience in the kitchen with the chef and our musical evenings.<\/p>\n

Open every day for lunch and dinner from June to September ;
\nOpen (except Sundays) for dinner only from February to May & October to November.<\/p>\n
